El sitio web www.eatsana.es tiene como finalidad informar sobre los productos y servicios de EatSana y permitir la comercialización online de platos preparados, productos alimentarios y otros servicios relacionados.
La Plataforma puede permitir la realización de pedidos puntuales, la contratación de planes semanales, la gestión de suscripciones y otras funcionalidades relacionadas con los servicios ofrecidos por EatSana.
Condiciones de acceso y uso

Seguridad alimentaria
Los productos alimentarios comercializados por EatSana se elaboran siguiendo procedimientos profesionales de higiene y seguridad alimentaria y de acuerdo con la normativa aplicable.
Después de la entrega o recogida del pedido, el cliente es responsable de conservar los productos conforme a las instrucciones facilitadas por EatSana y a la información indicada en el etiquetado.
Los productos refrigerados deberán conservarse a una temperatura inferior a 4 °C, salvo que en la etiqueta se indique expresamente otra condición de conservación.
Propiedad intelectual e industrial
Los textos, imágenes, fotografías, logotipos, marcas, diseños, elementos gráficos, vídeos, contenidos, software y demás elementos disponibles en el sitio web son propiedad de EatSana o se utilizan con la correspondiente autorización o licencia.

The website www.eatsana.es is intended to provide information about EatSana's products and services and to enable the online sale of ready-made dishes, food products and other related services.

The food products sold by EatSana are prepared following professional food hygiene and safety procedures and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
After delivery or collection of the order, the customer is responsible for storing the products in accordance with the instructions provided by EatSana and the information stated on the labelling.
Refrigerated products must be stored at a temperature below 4 °C, unless a different storage condition is expressly indicated on the label.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, graphic elements, videos, content, software and other elements available on the website are the property of EatSana or are used with the corresponding authorisation or licence.
