1. Purchase options

Customers can place orders through the website www.eatsana.es by selecting the available products and completing the secure payment process.

The following options are currently available:

  • One-time purchase (single order)

  • Pickup at store

  • Home delivery

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Eatsana Marbella SL.

The order confirmation will be sent by email once payment has been completed.


2. Order modifications

Orders may be modified until 10:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Requests for changes must be made by email or through the customer service channel.

Once the production process has begun, it will not be possible to make changes.


3. Cancellation policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, the following conditions apply:

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge until 10:00 a.m. on the day before delivery.

  • Cancellations requested after this deadline will not be refundable.

  • If the order is not collected at the agreed time, no refund will be made.

  • In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer that prevents delivery, the order will not be refundable.


4. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103.d of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Since the products offered are fresh and perishable foods, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.


5. Cancellation by the company

Eatsana reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product unavailability

  • Technical incidents affecting food safety

  • Force majeure (power outages, floods, strikes, logistical failures, administrative decisions, etc.)

  • Reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse of the payment system

In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 calendar days.


6. Refunds

When a refund is applicable under this policy:

  • It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • The maximum processing time will be 7 calendar days.

  • No additional compensation will be paid unless legally required.
