📦 Shipping Policy
1. Scope of delivery
EatSana prepares fresh meals in its Marbella kitchen and offers home delivery throughout Spain via refrigerated transport, subject to the carrier’s available coverage.
For corporate orders, the service is managed locally in Marbella and the surrounding area, subject to availability and prior scheduling.
2. Nature of shipments
The products sold are fresh and perishable foods, prepared to order and transported under temperature-controlled conditions to maintain the cold chain.
All shipments are packed in packaging suitable for refrigerated food products.
3. Order Fulfillment
To ensure that each dish is prepared with the necessary care, we organize our production into cycles.
Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. will be included in the next available fulfillment cycle.
Orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be processed the next business day.
We do not produce anything over the weekend.
4. Delivery dates and deadlines
Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, depending on the area, the delivery method selected, and the availability of the refrigerated carrier.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond EatSana's control, such as logistical issues, weather conditions, carrier availability, or any other external circumstances.
5. Receipt of order
Due to the perishable nature of the products, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to receive the order at the specified address.
If the recipient is not present, the provided address is incorrect, or delivery is impossible for reasons beyond EatSana's control, the order is non-refundable.
We do not guarantee second deliveries of fresh food products.
6. Storage after delivery
Once the order has been delivered, responsibility for the proper storage of the product passes to the customer.
The dishes must be refrigerated immediately at a temperature below 4 °C and consumed by the date indicated on the label.
7. Incidents during transport
If the order shows visible damage, signs of temperature fluctuations, or any other issues at the time of delivery, the customer should contact EatSana as soon as possible.
In order to properly investigate the issue, we may ask the customer to send us photos of the package, the packaging, and the product received.
EatSana will evaluate each case on an individual basis and, when the issue is justified, may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, compensation, or a partial or full refund.
8. Shipping costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method selected, the order total, and the delivery location.
Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more, unless otherwise specified during the checkout process.
For weekly plans and subscriptions, the delivery terms will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
EatSana reserves the right to change shipping rates based on the region, delivery method, or the carrier's terms and conditions.
