Frequently Asked Questions

All our meals are transported in refrigerated vehicles at 4°C to ensure that the cold chain is never broken and the food remains safe and fresh until delivery.

Orders can be canceled or modified until the deadline (12:00 PM the day before delivery). After this time, your order is already being prepared and cannot be modified.

We cook fresh meals Monday through Friday. Deliveries are handled by SEUR and take place between Tuesday and Saturday.

- Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are delivered the next day from 2:00 PM.
- Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered on the second day.

Please note: there are no deliveries on Sundays or Mondays, as we do not produce during the weekends.

All our products are made in our own kitchen, following strict hygiene and food safety standards. We operate under an established HACCP system, defined and verified by a specialized company with extensive experience in the sector.

Yes, shipping costs may apply depending on the order. However, delivery is free for all orders over €80. This may vary depending on the option chosen: à la carte orders or subscriptions. For more details, please see our shipping terms for each option.
