Learn about our history
At Eatsana, our journey started with a simple idea :
Making healthy eating accessible, delicious and stress-free.
Fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, prepared with passion. Each dish tells a story.
For Chef Benjamin, cooking is more than a profession: it is a family legacy. His father was a chef, his grandfather a pastry chef and his great-grandfather a baker. Growing up surrounded by kitchens, he developed a love of food, hospitality and the pleasure of sharing meals.
He began his career as an apprentice at the Michelin-starred Richard Coutanceau restaurant in La Rochelle before accumulating more than 20 years of experience in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens, from The Connaught in London to The Pierre in New York, via the Noga Hilton in Cannes.
For the past three years, Benjamin has also been the creative force behind Gourmet Marbella, offering private dining experiences at home for clients throughout the Costa del Sol. An activity that continues today, combining his talent for fine dining with his passion for personal hospitality.
At Eatsana, Chef Benjamin extends this philosophy on a larger scale by creating meals that nourish both body and soul.
