Refund and Return Policy
At Eatsana, we use fresh ingredients, prepare our meals to order, and transport them under refrigerated conditions. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Fresh and perishable products
Our dishes are made with fresh ingredients, prepared to order, and have a limited shelf life.
For reasons of food safety, hygiene, and preservation, prepared meals, refrigerated products, and perishable foods cannot be returned once delivered.
Order Cancellation or Modification
Orders can be modified or canceled before 10:00 a.m., provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process.
Once that time has passed, your order is confirmed in our kitchen schedule, and we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled.
Recipient not present or incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address and ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the time window specified by the carrier.
If the recipient is not present, the provided address is incorrect, or delivery is impossible for reasons beyond EatSana's control, the order is non-refundable.
Order Issues
If the order arrives damaged, incomplete, with an obvious error, or shows signs of temperature changes, the customer should contact EatSana as soon as possible.
In order to properly investigate the incident, we may request:
- photos of the package,
- photos of the packaging,
- photos of the product received,
- order number,
- and a clear description of the problem.
Possible solutions
Each case will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
When warranted, EatSana may offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, compensation, or a partial or full refund.
